I am in my early forties, married to Clare and have two young daughters who keep me on my toes!
I am a property professional with a strong work ethic & desire to succeed – the right way.
Integrity is key for me in business and I believe I have an appreciation of what constitutes and how to deliver outstanding customer service.
My ethos is to be successful but be decent with it.
I have a proven track record in Falmouth, Helston, Penryn, Truro and beyond of taking on , letting and smoothly managing many hundreds of properties.
I believe my property letting expertise comes from several sources:
1. Solicitor –
I have been a practising Landlord & Tenant solicitor since 1996 and have acted for letting agencies and Landlords across the region when they have hit choppy waters.
Clients can instruct us with real confidence knowing that one of their most valuable assets is being looked after by experienced and trusted hands.
It also enables us to offer our Landlord clients a level of `in house` service which is unique to the area and in effect is a `door to door` letting service.
2. Director – Falmouth / Penryn Property Letting Company –
I moved to Cornwall in 2001 from my childhood home in North Devon. I did so to set up a property management business from scratch. I became a Director in 2003 and oversaw its` growth to become one of the largest businesses of its kind in the region. During that time I managed a team of staff and successfully dealt with a wide range of property issues that arose.
My co-director Garrin & I were the Directors that formerly ran the business on a day to day basis for five years before both leaving in 2014.
3. Landlord –
As a Landlord myself I can identify with and allay your fears and concerns to ensure that your investment remains a sound one. Over the years I have had a productive relationship with several thousand tenants. I would not place tenants in your property if I were not prepared to have them live in mine.
