Choosing a Service

We offer our Landlord clients two services namely a Full Management Service and a Tenant Find Service.

Our Tenant Find Service is aimed at providing a Landlord with a good quality tenant and the essential tools to manage the tenancy themselves on a day to day basis.

However the majority of our Landlords prefer to opt for a Fully Managed Service because it gives them complete peace of mind throughout the tenancy.

Landlords are particularly comforted by being able to rely upon our unique in house legal expertise to help ensure rent is received on time, their property is properly looked after and that there is a smooth transition between tenancies.
